AI Marketing Automations

Keep the follow-up moving.
Without typing every message.

Turn review requests, referral campaigns, and past-customer outreach into coordinated workflows. AI assists with relevant personalization; automation handles agreed timing and follow-ups.

Built around your customer relationships, existing tools, and agreed campaign goals.

Marketing Workflows

Three places to start.
One less thing to remember.

Choose a workflow individually or combine the ones that fit. We plan the audience, message, timing, and next step before anything runs.

01
Review Requests

Make asking for feedback part of the process.

Use an agreed customer event to trigger a relevant request for honest feedback. Personalize the context, coordinate reminders, and stop follow-ups when the intended action or a stop condition is recorded.

We review available integrations and platform requirements. The workflow does not guarantee reviews or control what a customer says.

02
Referral Campaigns

Give customers a clear way to introduce you.

Coordinate referral invitations around a relevant customer moment or campaign. Use approved messages, a clear way to respond or share, and automatic follow-ups within an agreed schedule.

Referral tracking, any offer, and handoff to your business are scoped around your tools and the campaign.

03
Past-Customer Reactivation

Reconnect when there is a reason to come back.

Build relevant outreach to eligible past customers using approved customer information and a timely offer or reminder. AI-assisted personalization and scheduled follow-ups reduce repeated manual messaging.

Seasonal and holiday campaigns are available. We agree on the audience, offer, timing, response handling, and stop conditions before launch.

No website purchase is required. We review your tools and customer information to determine what can be connected and what needs to be addressed first.

How The System Works

Relevant messages.
Follow-through built in.

The value comes from connecting the steps—not simply generating a message you still have to send yourself.

01 · Context

Choose who should hear from you.

Use approved customer information, relevant events, and agreed eligibility rules to select the audience. Review contact permissions and exclusions before outreach.

02 · Personalization

Make the message fit the relationship.

AI can assist with wording based on approved facts and campaign context. We set boundaries, examples, and review requirements so it does not invent details or make unapproved offers.

03 · Follow-Through

Coordinate what happens next.

Schedule outreach, manage agreed follow-ups, and route responses. Stop or hand off when a recorded reply, completed action, opt-out, or other agreed condition calls for it.

The exact triggers and stop conditions depend on your tools and available data. If a system cannot detect a reply or completed action reliably, we address that limitation before deciding how follow-ups should run.

How We Implement

Plan the workflow.
Test the important paths.

We agree on what the system should do, what it should avoid, and where your business takes over.

  1. Review the goal, tools, and data.

Understand the customer relationship, current process, available information, permissions, and integration options.

  2. Agree on the rules and scope.

Define audience eligibility, messages, channels, timing, approvals, stop conditions, response handling, costs, and responsibilities.

  3. Build and test.

Connect the agreed steps and test representative paths, including replies, opt-outs, failures, and missing information where the tools support them.

  4. Launch with a clear handoff.

Explain how the workflow runs and how exceptions are handled. Monitoring, maintenance, and future campaign updates are agreed separately.

Available By Request

Have another workflow in mind?

Custom marketing automations

Discuss a specific marketing task or campaign that does not fit the examples above. We review the need, data, tools, and feasibility before defining a custom workflow and quote.

Sales and operations automations

Sales follow-up, reminders, repeated information entry, internal handoffs, and other recurring tasks can be reviewed by request. These are individually scoped around the process, tool access, and feasibility. Marketing automations remain the main focus of this page.

Automation Questions

Know what runs.
Know what stays with you.

What makes this different from sending a message ourselves?

The workflow coordinates audience selection, personalization, timing, follow-ups, and handoffs according to agreed rules. You still provide the offer and business context, handle conversations outside the scope, and participate in approvals or exceptions. The aim is to reduce repeated manual steps.

Will every message be sent without review?

Not automatically. We agree on what can run within approved rules and what needs human review. You approve the campaign direction, message boundaries, and response responsibilities before launch. Higher-uncertainty situations can be routed for review rather than sent.

Which channels and tools can you use?

We review your existing systems and available integrations first. Email, text messaging, or other channels are included only when suitable tools, permissions, and campaign requirements support them. Platform subscriptions, messaging costs, and integration limitations are discussed in the scope.

Can we contact everyone in our old customer list?

A past purchase alone is not treated as permission for every channel or campaign. We review usable contact details, relevant permissions, exclusions, opt-outs, and the reason for outreach before defining an eligible audience. The workflow uses the agreed audience and rules.

What does it cost, and are ongoing services required?

We quote after understanding the workflow, integrations, data, and campaign requirements. Setup, third-party subscriptions or messaging costs, and any ongoing monitoring or support are defined separately. We do not guarantee review counts, referrals, sales, or a particular return.

What will you need from us?

Your goal, current process, relevant system access, accurate customer information, approved offer details, and a clear owner for replies and exceptions. We agree on permissions, approvals, and responsibilities before connecting data or launching outreach.
