Give people a reason to notice.
And a clear reason to act.
Show what your business offers, keep your presence current, and put relevant campaigns in front of potential customers. We handle organic social media and paid advertising around your goals.
Organic management and paid campaigns are available individually or together.
Build a consistent presence.
Put a specific offer to work.
Organic content and paid campaigns have different jobs. We choose the work around your audience, offering, and priorities.
Keep showing up with something worth seeing.
Give people a useful, consistent picture of your business instead of leaving your pages quiet or disconnected from your brand.
We plan and manage an agreed content calendar, prepare posts and captions, and coordinate publishing. Platforms, formats, frequency, and review responsibilities are defined before starting.
- Service and product highlights, useful information, and relevant seasonal content.
- Graphics, captions, and agreed video content aligned with your brand.
- Scheduling, page upkeep, and clearly scoped monitoring or engagement responsibilities.
Reach beyond the people who already follow you.
Build campaigns around a clear offer and next step, with audiences and creative selected for the goal.
We scope campaign setup, management, creative, and reporting separately from the advertising budget. Available platforms and tracking options are reviewed for your business.
- A defined objective, relevant audience, and agreed campaign structure.
- Ad creative and copy that connect the offer to a clear destination.
- Ongoing reviews and adjustments informed by available campaign data.
You do not need to purchase a website. We can work with your existing pages and materials, and flag any destination or tracking gaps that need attention.
Know what the work covers.
Know where your budget goes.
Creative production, campaign management, and advertising spend are different costs. Your proposal makes those responsibilities clear.
The material people see.
Graphics, captions, copy, and agreed video editing. We can use existing material or scope new content production. On-site photo/video sessions are quoted around location and production needs.
The work behind the campaign.
Planning, setup, publishing or campaign management, agreed reviews, and reporting. Organic and paid responsibilities are defined separately, including approvals and any monitoring.
The platform’s advertising budget.
Paid by the client and separate from AdaptivOps creative and management fees. We agree on the budget and authorization before campaigns run; no spend is implied by a social media management agreement.
We quote after understanding your needs. Paid reach does not guarantee inquiries or sales. Results depend on the offer, audience, creative, destination, budget, and customer follow-up.
A plan that connects
content to the business.
We establish what you want people to understand or do, then organize the work and review what happens.
Define the goal and starting point.
Review your audience, services, current pages, brand materials, and the action you want customers to take.
Agree on the work and approvals.
Set platforms, formats, frequency or campaign scope, costs, account access, review points, and responsibilities for messages and inquiries.
Create, review, and publish.
Prepare the agreed content and campaigns, coordinate your approvals, and schedule or launch the work.
Review the signals that matter.
Use available data and your customer feedback to assess the work. Paid campaign reviews distinguish platform-reported activity from confirmed business outcomes where that information is available.
Clear expectations from the start.
Can I choose organic management or advertising alone?
Yes. Organic social media management and paid social advertising are available individually or together. Content creation and video editing can also be separate services. A website purchase is not required.
Which platforms and how many posts are included?
We agree on platforms, formats, posting frequency, and review responsibilities after understanding your audience and goals. There is no universal package assumed by this page; your proposal lists the actual deliverables.
Do you create the content or use what we already have?
Either, depending on the scope. We can work with your photos, footage, and brand materials, or include graphics, copy, and editing. On-site photo/video production is available and scoped by location. We agree on materials, permissions, and approvals before using them.
Is advertising spend included in your fee?
No. The client funds advertising spend separately from creative production and campaign-management fees. Campaign budgets and authorization are agreed before launch. Any necessary third-party tools are also discussed in the scope.
Who answers comments, messages, and customer inquiries?
We define those responsibilities explicitly. Publishing content does not automatically include customer service, booking, or sales conversations. Any monitoring, replies, escalation rules, and response coverage must be agreed; your business handles responsibilities outside that scope.
How do you measure whether it is working?
We choose measures relevant to the goal and available tracking, such as useful engagement, destination visits, inquiries, and confirmed sales where those can be connected. Followers and impressions are context, not proof of revenue. We do not guarantee a specific number of customers or a return on advertising spend.
What will you need from us?
Your priorities, accurate offer details, brand materials, platform access through appropriate account permissions, and feedback at agreed review points. You may also need to supply photos or footage and share business outcomes. We explain the requirements and timing before starting.
